since the voting percentage in West Bengal is low this time,i e ,normal and at par with the national average it is clear that CPM has failed to use their machienaries and get the extra vote.Every election they get 15-20% votes by using sheer power.This time ,thanks to the EC,that this has reduced(8-10%)
