Who will win Tamil Nadu Assembly Election 2011?

Election commission of India has announced dates of forthcoming assembly election in Tamilnadu. Assembly Election will take place in Tamil Nadu on 13th April and results of this election will be declared on 13th May. This election result will tell that DMK (The Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam) and its alliance partners will stay in power in Tamil Nadu or All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) and its alliance partners will steal power.

In 2006 Tamilnadu Assembly election, DMK alliance got major success by winning 163 seats out of 234 seats with gain of 94 seats over 2001 assembly election. The main partners of DMK alliance were DMK, Congress, PMK, CPI (M), CPI and Muslim League. On the other hand, AIADMK alliance got only 69 seats with loss of 63 seats. The main partners of AIADMK alliance were AIADMK, MDMK, VCK, JD(S), FB(S).

Who will win West Bengal Assembly Election?

Tamil Nadu politics is totally dominated by regional and small political parties with some base of Congress and BJP. Main leading political parties of Tamil Nadu are DMK and AIADMK and this time also, we can see new chief minister from one of these parties only. To the main question that who will win Tamil Nadu assembly Election then one thing is clear that DMK alliance is going to loss some seats because of large numbers of corruption charges against it while AIADMK alliance is going to gain seats.

For making government in Tamilnadu, any political party or alliance needs to win 117 or more seats. In 2009 Loksabha Election too DMK alliance has shown good performance by winning 67% Loksabha seats; though, this time it is not going to be easy for DMK alliance to repeat similar performance because of big corruption scandals and increasing prices of common items.

At present political fight is very fierce in Tamil Nadu with some edge for AIADMK alliance if we give importance to past political history of state; however, presence of so many political parties and factors make it hard to present a good picture. For exact results, we are required to wait till 13th May, 2011 when final counting will take place.

  2. If the election commissioner in TN implement a stricture policy and arrest the free flow of money and muscle power during elections period....then AIADMK will definitely win the election in TN.

  3. when thired party will form based on vijayakanth they may lead to no majoraty seat in election . then cannot win by single party. so combination any two big party form the election of 2011 can win

  4. Things have changed after Jeyalalitha's attitude in expelling Vaiko from alliance and Karunanidhi's manifest.

Since they have already done what they told during previous election, credibility on DMK Manifest is much higher..

There are reports that voters are asking ADMK candidates what are the direct benefits of their rule. Also questioning what guarantee ADMK will not indulge in to corruption..

Performance swing is favoring DMK alliance. It is better for the state to be in the hands of people like matured Stalin than angry old lady Jeyalalitha.

  5. in 2011 tamilnadu assembly dmk will win because kalingar had done every thing to the people of tamilnadu.jayalalitha had said she will give goat to the poor people,if she gives who will take care of the goat.from this we came to know she will not win in this election

  6. Surely AIADMK will win , see i know DMK has given a lot of free things to public. But, they have failed in providing basic thing like Good Roads, Uninterrupted Electricity, Water etc. If you have been to TASMAC you can see that they are charging mare than the MRP for everything we purchase there and we can ask them why. Note: there is no safety for people doing business in Tamilnadu.
After Cinema Field they are now targeting Real Estate field . THINK BEFORE YOU VOTE.

  9. Every one saw what was JJ's rule and MK's rule. People in TN enjoy so much compared to others in other states. For eg. bus fare from Salem to Namakkal is 14/- whereas in Bangalore Townbus charges 15 Rs.upto bus stand. So far prices are concerned people buy a soap or a tooth paste without asking for its price. When a poor farmer increase 1/- for 1 lit.milk every body say price rise. what a contrast. Farmers and common man are happy in TN. JJ can never be good CM. She lacks mature mind. Let Vijaykanth say she is my leader. Assume JJ has not majority to form the Govt. and Vijayakanth wanted to become CM. God only save TN. For the good of the state MK or Stalin should become CM. No choice, they are good ruler. Reg.scams law will take its course. Guilty will be punished. Vote for DMK alliance.

So many corruption, no power, if passing urine also they are askin 2rupees, what is the use of giving rice in one rupees, this time change is required otherwise tamilnadu is in maran and karunanithi hands.

  13. Both the parties are equally corrupt. Even if the third party comes they also will be involved in all these corruption. Regarding the price, it has touched the peaks. Everything is costly. Many good things were done by DMK in this period but the common man could not avail all those. Poor people still suffer. Chennai has become a place of high class. Common needs were not satisfied instead many other unnecessary things were done.when people long for food they were given color TV. DMK has utilized this period very well stepping their foot in all the field using their power. Its high time we change the government atleast to stop them becoming a giant that will suck us all..

  14. DMK Led Alliance will win close to 210 seats. In the last 5 years we have seen growth in almost all areas welfare, healthcare, infrastructure development, industrial growth,IT etc. The problems of common man are addressed in a much better way. Of-course, there are few issues that are not solved yet, but those are issues that we faced irrespective of who is ruling.

Moreover the DMK has the better second level leaders compared to the dictator led AIADMK.

Karunanidhi will be sworn in as CM of Tamil Nadu for 6th time.

Book review- "Wings of Fire"

“Wings of Fire” is an autobiography of former President of India and an eminent scientist Shri A P J Abdul Kalam. It is very important for every Indian and especially for youth to read this autobiography. It is not because he is a former president and an eminent scientist, therefore every Indian should read it, however this autobiography really has good knowledge to share with us, a knowledge which is very difficult to get elsewhere.
