Finally, Mallika Sherawat’s most talked film of recent times got released today. Mallika’s fans have lot of expectations from this film and Mallika. Moreover, people are also excited about a film with new story and lot of comedy. However, Ugly Aur Pagli disappoints us at number of places and we can rate it as below average film.
Story wise film has some newness in first half; however, second half took same old concept of struggle between present love and past love. People get some option to watch good comic movements mostly in first half; however, overall, we cannot rate this film as a comedy film. This film tries to represent new generations of youngsters who can do anything for love, like Ranbir Shorey wearing paticot, riding a cycle without seat and Mallika wearing undergarments above clothes.
This film also shows the power of new generation woman, who can drink alcohol more than men, who can fight, who is bold, and who love to dominate but finally a good Indian girl. This film also looks to be making fun of love at number of places and try to present it stereotypically. It is said that women body is for exploitation and why not when you have Mallika Sherawat, therefore, people get lot of opportunity of watch bold scenes from Mallika and finally a kiss in Murder style.
Ranbir Shorey is also OK is acting really look ugly and mad. Music of film is OK with good and popular song like Main Taali ho. Overall, there is not much to expect from this film and we can rate this film from 1.5 to 2 as per personal taste.
