Aishwarya Rai first got acceptance among the people when she got Miss World title in 1994. The Miss World title won by the Aishwarya Rai brought lot of cheer among Indian at that time. She has some distinctions in her name like she was a part of Cannas jury in 2003 and featured in times magazine and Oprah Winfrey Show.

Her name was also been associated with the Salman Khan and Vivek Oberoi in past but at present she is engaged with Abhishak Bachan.
