Good health care system is one of the major requirements in present world and therefore, we need proper healthcare hubs at every big or small town. And to some extent, we are also seeing improvement in healthcare around the world but still there is good need of more proper and advanced healthcare. Which Film is Better “Krazzy 4” or “U ME AUR HUM”?
This week two films hit theatres across India and they are “Krazzy 4” and “U ME AUR HUM”. Both these films are much hyped by their producers as best films in their category. However, to some extent both films are not up to mark, though Krazzy 4 is having slight edge over U ME AUR HUM because it is more entertaining than U ME AUR HUM. The biggest drawback in U ME AUR Hum is that it is very less entertaining and looks boring at few occasions. Krazzy 4 has some entertainment but this film can be made much better. Overall, it is difficult to tell which is better because both films represent different categories and these films can appeal different people. Krazzy 4 is about comedy while U ME AUR HUM is about emotions.

Movie Review-"U ME AUR HUM" (Good but long and flat)
Indian cine fans are desperately waiting for biggest hit film of 2008, because all the films released in last few months were not up to mark. Now all the hopes of people are on Ajay Devgan home production film “U ME AUR HUM” which released today. With this film Ajay Devgan entered in the line of direction and presented his first directorial debut to people. Also Devgan couple Ajay and Kajol are in lead role in this film.
From my side this is a good film and Ajay Devgan can become very good director, however, this film clearly misses the scope of best film of 2008. Direction wise Ajay Devgan has taken care of even minor details and film is full of good camera work and beautiful scenes, however, many places he looks overdoing all this or film become very flat or simply boring. Though, in begging film starts very well and it looks that we are going to see one wonderful film, however films goes through number of boring phases as it progress further.
The story of film revolves around Ajay a leading psychiatrist and waitress on cruise Pia. Film is first about winning love and then about living with it in all conditions good or bad. First half of the film is on cruise where Ajay fall in love with Pia and try everything to win her love even telling number of lies. In second half, Pia forgive Ajay and marry him but new turn comes when it is discovered that 28 year old has Alzheimer disease happen to only 2 in thousand in this age. In between Pia also become pregnant and give birth to baby boy under complications.
Later due to her disease, she even becomes threat to her new born child and herself. Now, Ajay face dilemma of living with her wife or sending her to hospital. Though, he send her to hospital and later again decide to take care of her himself. In this phase, this film looks like documentary made on patients suffering from Alzheimer disease and a great husbands sacrifice for her wife. It also looks that Ajay Devgan has done very less research about Alzheimer patients and he has shown in film whatever he thinks right, while Amir Khan’s directed Tare Zameen Par was much better and to the point.
Though, “U ME AUR HUM” also has number of good moments which show the good direction of Ajay Devgan even some people can weep on few scenes in end, however a consistency in his direction looks missing. Acting wise most of the stars are fine and too some extent film is able to present a good watch, however, it is no way the best film which we are waiting.

Though, this is not one of the greatest laughter movies to watch, however, this film very wisely make fun of our society and leaders.
Today, more and more numbers of Indian are thinking about themselves than their country and due to this reason we see people hurting others and own people, increase in corruption, decreasing moral values and finally decrease in love for country. Krazzy 4 is again a good film made with good attention and simultaneously this film also entertain people, therefore doing double job. Acting wise all the characters are good and most of the character looks justifying their roles, though chances of improvement were very well present there.
Climax of film is weakest part of film which is similar to other films like chasing criminals in auto rickshaw and some stunts. Overall, this movie is good time pass and also giving some useful messages to us. Even other people watching this film also enjoyed it and this was clear after hearing people clapping at end. This film has good potential of becoming at least a hit film, rest it depends upon the personal taste and people thinking.

Finally, Supreme Court of India cleared the way for 27% OBC quota in central and central funded institutes in India. Decision over this quota was pending in court since March, 2007 after many people objected this move and appealed in Supreme Court against this law including famous motivational book writer Shiv Khera. Though now five judge bench of Supreme Court has unanimously cleared this act of providing reservation to OBC, however, it has also put new restrictions on providing this reservation and started a new debate over reservation policies present in India.
Supreme Court has clearly said in its judgement that creamy lawyer must be excluded from getting benefits of this reservation Therefore, now children of MPs, MLAs, class 1 officer, rich people belonging to OBC will not qualify for this quota. Supreme Court has asked Indian government to come up with clear criteria of defining creamy lawyer before implementing this law and also define clearly people belonging to economically backward class. This is for the first time in the history of reservation policy when restrictions will be made on economical basis, a pending demand by many experts and people.
Court has also asked review of this policy after every five years and removes it in phased manner after objective is achieved. This ruling of Supreme Court will now start a new debate over various reservations continuing in India and should economically well people of these categories be allowed to get benefit of respective reservation benefits available to them or not. This is a small positive step taking by wise judges of Supreme Court of India, which can change the future of reservation policies in India. Soon reservations on economical grounds can become reality leaving behind reservations based on castes, which is the requirement of time.

Need for Emotional Intelligence
From many centuries people across the world have mostly given importance to IQ (Intelligence quotient), which measures the basic intelligence of a person. Mostly, there is perception in the mind of people that a person who has more IQ will mostly become more successful in life. However, recently in studies and routine life, it is found that people also require emotional intelligence to become successful in life and leading a happy family life then only IQ. Due to this reason, it is very important for people and parents to look for ways to develop emotional intelligence also. Emotional intelligence is not a big science and it is very much possible for people to increase their levels of emotional intelligence through constant reading and expert advice. In future, we can hope that more people will understand the importance of emotional intelligence in their lives.
Why 300% fee hike by IIM is a crime?
Sometimes, it really becomes difficult to believe that India still have huge population of poor and middle class people, who have hardly seen any improvement in their life conditions. Large Indian population has clearly got benefited from privatisation and IT drive which has helped many people in earning good amount of money. However, still our 50% of population is at same cross road, earning same amount of money whereas cost of living has increased many times.
Prices of most of the eatable items are already on higher side, creating maximum burden on the people of India and due to this it has become almost impossible for people earning below Rs 5000 to manage their homes expenditures. Second shock, people are suffering from increasing cost of education in India which is becoming more and more expensive day by day. India was once known for its cheap education and many students from under developing countries like African nations enrol themselves in various Indian universities to get quality education at cheaper cost.
However, recently a new trend has started in India of making money by selling education and now top institutes like IIM Ahmadabad are also becoming part of this mad race. Few days back, IIMA top business school in India increased it’s annually fee by 300%. Soon IIM Bangalore also followed this trend and in future, we can hope similar response from many other IIMs and various universities in India. If all this is allowed to happen then time is not away when getting higher education will become a distinct dream in India like in US.
Great Indian tradition never allows education to be equated with money and most of the great leaders of India has stressed upon providing free or cheap education to people of India. I completed my education in government school for less than Rs 300 per year and my college education for Rs 1500 per year. However, at present this yearly fee is not even enough for monthly fees at many schools and colleges across India.
Institutes like IIM get huge amount of grants and subsides from state and national government, now if they are increasing fee in this manner then what we can expect from other private colleges. Today, India desperately need educated youth for maintaining a top position in world, however, by making education beyond the reach of common people, we are only create dark future for millions of youth and India.
