Finally, India got another medal in Beijing Olympics in wrestling events. Indian wrestler Sushil Kumar has won bronze medal by beating Leonid Spriridonov of Kazakhstan for bronze medal fight. He won this match on the grounds of technical scores of 3:1. This is ist medal in wrestling for India in Olympics after 1952. Sushil Kumar practised for 10 long years to get this medal.Whole India was waiting for another medal in Beijing Olympics which is now completed by Sushil Kumar. Overall, this is a big achievement by Sushil Kumar in wrestling and this win will raise the levels of wrestling in India to world standards. Now, people of India can have more proud on our sportsperson, who are showing excellent performance in world events like Olympics.
