A big win for India Vijay Mallya to be sent back to India

Today brought a good news for all Indians as the UK court ordered the extradition of Vijay Mallya to India. This will make it possible for the Indian government to bring back Vijay Mallya and prosecute him under the Indian laws. So far, he was away from the hands of Indian authorities because of his stay in England. Indian government asked him to return back, however, he refused to follow. Therefore, the Indian government went to England Court for his extradition. Initially, it looked hard to bring him back but today's ruling by the Court in England provide a big hope for billions of people of India.

Though despite this ruling of the England Court, it is not clear that when Vijay Mallya will return to India because he may appeal against the court ruling in the higher court.
