Today came with a good news for the Congress as Congress is likely to make next governments in the three Hindi heartland states of Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh. Most of the exit polls already pointed towards the win of Congress in Rajasthan; however, no one predicted a win for Congress in Chhattisgarh. In Chhattisgarh, Congress did an exceptionally well job by winning 65 seats out of 90. In Madhya Pradesh, Congress looks to be the number one party with a shortage of 3 to 4 seats away from the majority. In Rajasthan, Congress has almost touched the magic number and it is in a comfortable position to make the next government.
These results are great news for Congress which is looking some miracle to save its skin. These wins have also increased the faith of people on Congress and Congress looks to make a comeback in 2019 Loksabha election. These results are also encouraging sign for the Rahul Gandhi and his leadership. BJP and its leaders have mentioned many times that no one takes Rahul Gandhi seriously but now it looks that time is changing and people are listening what Rahul Gandhi is saying. It is important for Congress to maintain this momentum to continue its winning journey.
