Religion has today become a big obsession for number of people in India. Large number of Indian population spend their whole life following these religious believes. It is very hard to find such strict followers of religion in other part of the world. The other thing which makes India unique is co-existence of number of religions in it. An Indian may born in one religion but he gets lots of opportunities to see and understand the other religions too.
To this level everything looks very rosy but there is a big dark picture which exists below all these hypes. All religions are the biggest advocator of non-ego self and stresses on living a life without ego, however on the other hand these religions are fighting for supremacy of their religions. Sorry not these religions but the people who pretend as caretakers of these religions. In the last 60 years, after the independence of India large number of people have died in these religious fights or what we say religious riots.
Killing innocents is a big crime as per every religion but still large numbers of innocent people are killed on the name of these religions. The problem is that these religious fights are still here to survive because nobody wants to see his religion losing. Religious hatred is still so strong in our societies that every person lives a life under threat. Moreover every religion is responsible for all this, every religion always remain ready to show its mussel power on the roads. Killing people, burning government and public properties, paralysing services and creating fear among ordinary people has only become routine job of these religious people.
The biggest problem with all the religious people of today is that they do not first know what is written in their religion and second they are not ready to follow it. Then how these people claim to represent those religions without following them, it is simple; today most of it is a power and money gain. Religions are big money giving cows of these people and allow them to control power; therefore they do not want to take any risk. Life of ordinary man is same whether he belongs to religion A or B, nobody bothers about him.
