A new 15 year old Buddha

In Nepal, a new Buddha is in making. Recently a person called Ram Bahadur Bomjon from Nepal has been fasting and meditating for the last six months beneath a tree. In him, people are seeing a new Buddha. This incident has happened in the Bara district of Nepal. Thousands of pilgrims have started visiting this place. There is news that Ram has not broken his fast  even a single time .  For the last six months, he has not moved, even to relieve himself. His place is not much away from the place where the original Buddha had done his meditation. According to Ram, he does this meditation because a snake has beaten him. He is also asking people for not saying him Buddha because he is telling that he is not having the powers like Buddha.. kgw. arvindkatoch1 Read - 15-year-old Buddha to controversial Figure

Analyses Punjab Assembly Election 2007

Assembly elections are now complete in Punjab and new government of Akali-BJP combine is keen to take control of state. However these polls results have pointed towards few issues. In this election congress got 44 seats, Akali Dal 48 seats, BJP-19 seats and independent 5 seats. Congress debacle in the election clearly shows that people of Punjab are not convinced with the Vikas (progress) of Punjab claims by Congress. Second both Akali Dal and congress has nearly same seats which show that both parties presently hold the same base in Punjab. Therefore this success is not a real victory for the Akali Dal. People of Punjab are not really convinced with the Akali Dal also. The other factors which effected this election are first the voting percentage is very high and second margin of wining votes is very low among the candidates. All these things show only one sign that people are neither against one party nor in favor of the other. One thing is clear from election that BJP is finding

I am not the only person who is praising Dr Kalam for his extraordinary conduct as missile man and Indian President; there are billions of people in India across all the sections who want to embrace his philosophy of Indianism.  This simple looking and a shy man has clearly changed our thinking about nation and role of president. He is a real hero not the filmy one but a real time hero who has proven to us that patriotism is still alive in India. This is his extraordinary trust on Indian people which makes him shine above our rusting political leaders. He is a true leader, who not only demonstrates leadership but also help others in becoming leaders. According to him, India need good leaders very badly who can take this nation to new heights and he is totally right because if one APJ Abdul Kalam can make so much d
