Today, we live in a world where race is going on for looking slim; however, problem is that first we gain lots of fats and then try to remove them. After gaining fat, people try numbers of ways to remove it from weight loss pills to weight reducing clinics. A big industry has grown around this field because of large numbers of fat people in our world. Moreover, this population is increasing at fast speed thus creating more market for future. People are really required to change their daily life style and eating habits to avoid obesity related problems, otherwise it is very difficult to stop this problem. With diet control and regular exercise, we can easily maintain a slim body. It is only depends on us that how we want to look like?
