Today brought a good news for all Indians as the UK court ordered the extradition of Vijay Mallya to India. This will make it possible for the Indian government to bring back Vijay Mallya and prosecute him under the Indian laws. So far, he was away from the hands of Indian authorities because of his stay in England. Indian government asked him to return back, however, he refused to follow. Therefore, the Indian government went to England Court for his extradition. Initially, it looked hard to bring him back but today's ruling by the Court in England provide a big hope for billions of people of India.
Though despite this ruling of the England Court, it is not clear that when Vijay Mallya will return to India because he may appeal against the court ruling in the higher court. However, this news has brought some hope and we can hope that the same results will come from the next court hearing too. Vijay Mallya is required to pay back Indian banks 9k crore rupees and this money can bring ailing Indian Banks to a strong position. It is very important to bring back and punish such culprits so that we can convey a positive message in the society and no one will dear to repeat the same things again in the future.
