Below watch trailer of Hollywood movie “Scream 4”. It is fourth film in this series. Story of film will revolve around mysterious murderer like in earlier versions of movie. This horror and suspense movie will be released in US on 15th April, 2011. Scream 4 is directed by Wes Craven and main cast of movie includes Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette.
